Starting Miracle Me today. I have been wanting to start blogging little knowledge I have learned from the classroom and our children, just for my sake. So whenever I forget what it was like to have fun while learning, teaching and to smile while watching our children giggle and play. I have decided to post some of my stories on positive guidance and teaching materials in sections (crafts, science, engineering, mathematics, physical activities), themes, and ages.
It is important to remember that children go home smiling and telling their parents about their day at school. That is all that matters at the end of the day. We, as educators, forget how important it is for children to smile and have a great, fun day. Learning is an important part of the day at school because children absorb everything quickly, however if they learn without smiling or having fun, then we didn't do the it right as education providers.
I hope to remember to look back at this blog whenever I am SO focused on teaching the children all about 'life cycle of a butterfly', making my children practice quoting the 'life cycle of a butterfly' a hundred times a day until they are tired of it. (I hope I don't do that, ever)
